Artist biography

The freelance artist Petra Seidel has had an enormous interest in structures from an early age. She studied business administration and had a successful career. The structures of economic processes played a key role here.

The birth of her children changed her career decisively. Family life with its new structures opened up a completely new perceptual space for her. Her creativity continued to develop. During this time, she began to transform her creative skills into an artistic creative process. She mastered many new challenges with the help of her newly discovered playful approach.

She works with other artists to refine her artistic expression and technique. She attends workshops and takes courses to deepen her knowledge of techniques such as acrylic pouring and abstract painting and learns how to use unconventional materials.
